A detailed tritium concentration profile at the Geosecs (1969) station in the North Pacific has been measured. From 0 to 150 meters values are relatively constant at ∼23 TU and then decrease rapidly to ≤0.2 TU at 400 meters and greater depths. Agreement between the Heidelberg and Miami laboratories is excellent.
