The one-loop renormalization group equations for effective charges corresponding to parameters of nonminimal coupling of scalar and gravitational fields and external gravitational-field parameters in SU (5) asymptotically free grand unification theory of Fradkin and Kalashnikov in curved space-time are obtained. The asymptotical behaviour of these effective charges in strong gravitational field is investigated. In strong gravitational field these effective charges infinitely rise.
