Is single-stage surgery combining abdominal aortic aneurysm repair and MIDCAB safe and effective in patients with concomitant coronary artery disease?
Is single-stage surgery combining abdominal aortic aneurysm repair and MIDCAB safe and effective in patients with concomitant coronary artery disease?
Single-stage surgery combining AAA repair and MIDCAB appears feasible and safe, with no hospital mortality and 100% short-term graft patency in a small case series.
Single-stage AAA repair with MIDCAB may be feasible in select patients; leaves open need for prospective data before wider adoption.
