Background: The expansion of Pentecostalism is linked to technological innovations giving rise to megachurches and their metamorphosis into e-megachurches. Objectives: This theological inquiry explores the development of Pentecostal megachurches into e-megachurches as a new expression of Christian mission and its impact in the Fifth Industrial Revolution. Methods: The study used a qualitative analysis of secondary sources, focusing on the theological-conceptual reflection methodology. Results: The findings demonstrate that digital tools are now central to shaping missional activities, discipleship, community development and stewardship. However, tensions emerge between the compatibility of technological efficiency with divine spontaneity. Conclusion: The article concludes that technology serves the missio Dei [mission of God]. Contribution: The article recommends that a Pentecostal techno-theology of mission should harness digital innovation for both liberative and transformative goals.
