Study of Basic Physical Therapy Education: V Request (Prescription or Referral) for Physical Therapy

Verbatim requests (prescriptions or referrals) for physical therapy services and supplementary questionnaires from the physical therapists receiving them are analyzed and implications drawn therefrom. Sources of information were the clinical education facilities of the physical therapy schools and the sections on public health and private practice of the professional association.
