Purpose – -- This paper aims to discuss Web 2.0 and its web tools.Design/methodology/approach -- The paper discusses Web 2.0.Findings -- Today there is no single author for many works, often by design, and the proliferation of voices has meant that the traditional print-based criteria previously relied upon have been replaced with a brave new world environment in which anyone can be an authority for 15 minutes simply by hitting the “Edit” or the “Comment” button.Originality/value -- The paper provides a useful viewpoint on Web 2.0.
