Equations dealing with light scattering of a reacting three‐component system have been derived. The theoretical development is essentially a transcription of already existing theory in a form which simplifies the practical data treatment in certain cases. The equations have been used in the analysis of interactions between collagen and glycosaminoglycans. It was found that the composition of the complexes varied with different types of glycosaminoglycans and also with their molecular weights.
