Nowadays, it is established in the scientific literature adipose tissue is highly bioactive, and it is at the of regenerative medicine and tissue engineering. -derived stem cells (ASCs) are regarded as one the most promising sources of adult or somatic stem , identified thus far for cell therapy and regenerative across a wide range of diseases (1-3). ASCs are in and isolated from the adipose tissue’s stromal fraction (SVF), which consists of a heterogeneous cell array, including not only ASCs but preadipocytes, fibroblastic cells, endothelial cells, , vascular smooth muscle cells, hematopoietic cells (4,5), macrophages, and lymphocytes (6). It is also largely by the researchers the necessity to establish a isolation method and a standard characterization human stromal and stem cells from SVF and ASCs to the comparison of the study outcomes and so the research advancement within the field of adipose . this study, we proposed an innovative and nonenzymatic to collect clinically useful ASCs, within isolated SVF from adipose tissue, by centrifugation the infranatant portion of lipoaspirate in order to the characteristic cytofluorimetric pattern prior in vitro culture. -two patients affected by dry age-related macular with a mean age of 69.4 years, after having and signed the informed consent, were recruited into account inclusion and exclusion criteria to the study protocol of the Ethical Committee.
