Dipole ordering in liquid crystals, which can be helicoidal or antiferroelectric, are associated with very particular dielectric properties. Depending on the system being a soft or a hard dielectric one may have or have not anomaly in the static dielectric constant. But it is always possible to observe new relaxations with properties closely related to the structure.
