Spinal anesthesia is a safe option for cesarean section in patients with congenital complete heart block when hemodynamic stability is maintained with a temporary pacemaker.
Spinal anesthesia with temporary pacing may be feasible in asymptomatic congenital complete heart block for cesarean; leaves open need for prospective confirmation.

These patients could be completely asymptomatic but are at risk of sudden cardiovascular collapse. Spinal anesthesia is a safe option. Maintenance of hemodynamic stability including heart rate control with a temporary pacemaker is important
