Digital health technologies can address perennial problems associated with availability, accessibility, and affordability and help achieve universal health coverage in resource-constrained health systems. These benefits can be leveraged if we address key digital health implementation challenges. This article outlines six challenges and six opportunities related to digital health. The proposed study provides an implementation framework for digital health in a resource-constrained health system by prioritizing these identified challenges utilizing the Delphi Analytical Hierarchy Process.
