Randomized trial confronts cosmic data predicting CMB spectrum, Hubble tension, and dark matter properties, suggesting theoretical implications.
Phases 1 and 2 established the formalism of the discrete spacetime lattice and derived the discrete Friedmann equations. The present publication confronts the TRUE predictions with available cosmological data. We derive the CMB spectral cutoff from the geometric projection of the lattice, obtaining β = 2π / ₘₐₓ , with ₘₐₓ 10^5 , making the cutoff unobservable at current scales. The Hubble tension is reformulated with the geometric transfer factor τ from Phase 2, yielding H_0ˡᵒᶜ = H_0ᶜᵒˢᵐᵒ · (1 + γ_0) ≈ 76.6 \, km/s/Mpc . The observed value is 73.5 \, km/s/Mpc , a discrepancy of 4.2% ( ~ 2σ ). The dark matter density profile is derived from the relaxation equation of the K field, leading to ρDM(r) = ρ_0 · (r/r_0)-γ_0 , with γ_0 = 0.13648 . The predictions are quantified and falsifiable. Limitations are clearly stated. Author's Note (August 2, 2026)The cosmological predictions in this preprint were formulated for the purpose of falsifiability, and not as an endorsement by TRUE of the standard cosmological interpretation of the data. TRUE does not subscribe to the standard reading of redshift as expansion, nor of the CMB as a relic of the Big Bang. These data are considered theoretical reconstructions, not direct measurements of reality. The predictions were published to demonstrate the testability of the framework; if the observations prove biased, they become void. The fundamental validations of TRUE rely on direct laboratory measurements: strange metals, biology, plasmas, meteorology.
