The poor oral bioavailability and short circulation half-life of peptides are major hurdles that limit their clinical translation. Here, a single emulsion technique is employed to produce peptide PMX205 loaded poly(lactic-co-glycolic) acid nanoparticles. In article number 2200109, Trent M. Woodruff, Felicity Y. Han, and co-workers demonstrate in mice that the reformulated PMX205 increases its oral bioavailability and therapeutic potential.
