Conflicts between nations have ramified along the globe. A person's pattern of thinking and feeling are affected by the internal and external environments in his/her life time. Changes occur to different arrays of life, without pauses. Gaining various concepts is as exploring countries and cultures without leaving your own; these were the empirical results of National Culture dimensions' Evolution (Hofsteded, Hofstede, & Minkov, 2010). A conceptual framework of the National Culture Dimensions with TQM performance was adopted from earlier studies. Hypotheses of the model were tested using multiple linear regressions, and step wise regressions. Correlations tests have resulted in the discovery of the relations between each dimension and TQM performance. A total number of 94 responses were received in response of the distributed questionnaires. A comparison between the desired analysis results and Hofstede and other researchers' analysis results was conducted as research methodology to achieve the objectives. This paper mainly aims to measure each of the six national culture dimensions on employees' TQM performance, and to measure to what extent each of the National Culture Dimension is correlated with employees' TQM performance factor. The findings reveal that the culture compasses of India results, demonstrate the existence of a relative convergence with Hofstede Indians culture compass. And, there are significant correlations between employees' TQM performance and power distance, uncertainty avoidance, individualism vs. collectivism, and indulgence vs. restraint; also, there is affect of power distance and masculinity vs. femininity on employees' TQM performance; and, models between the power distance, individualism vs. collectivism, and indulgence vs. restraint with TQM performance have been created.
