The effect of Enterprise Solutions (ES) in providing information to support the operations, management analysis, and decision-making functions as used by the management of an organisation gives the organisation a competitive edge over others. The study on the effect of ES on organisational performance was conducted using descriptive research with a population made up of selected senior staff of the company with a population of 204. Convenience sampling techniques were used in interviewing selected senior staff of the Nigerian Breweries (NB) Plc, Ama, Ninth Mile, Enugu. Two staff each who preferred their identities undisclosed were selected from the administration, brewing, sales, finance and marketing departments in the company and interviewed. The findings indicated that; the staff in NB Plc have a positive attitude toward the use of ES in running the organisation’s business processes. The organisation has fully adopted the use of ES in the running of their business processes. NB Plc has been able to achieve efficiency using ES and has been able to upgrade their business processes to a world class standard. ES has only meaningfully affected the organisation's business processes making them more accurate, faster and cost-effective but has not directly impacted on the organisation's financial bottom-line. The study identifies that; ES has fast become a platform an organisation cannot do without no matter the size of the organisation there must be an element of the use of ES systems. ES in past studies has been found to have a direct positive relationship with organisational performance.
