Abstract

手術技術は心臓血管外科手術の成績に大きく寄与する因子であり，日常的に手術を想定したトレーニングをすることが重要とされる．心臓血管外科専門医制度においても2018年以降，臨床業務外のトレーニングの中で認定要件を満たすものをOff the Job Training（OffJT）と定義し，専門医取得において30時間以上のOffJTを必須としている．しかしながら，所属施設によってOffJTのクレジットを取得する機会が異なることやOffJTの内容についての定義がなされていないことなどについて見直しが検討されている．今回，OffJTの現状につきU-40幹事を中心にどのようなトレーニングをどのように工夫して行っているかをアンケート法を用いて調査したので，考察を踏まえて報告する．
