High-power bipolar ablation (up to 70 W for up to 5 minutes) across the interventricular septum using an 8-mm nonirrigated catheter as the active catheter and a 3.5-mm irrigated catheter as the ground catheter.

Termination of incessant VT and freedom from VT recurrence
