A comparative study of mental health status between male and female teachers of basic schools in Pilibhit district

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to compare the mental health between male and female teachers of basic schools in the Pilibhit district. Samples: 100 male and 100 female teachers (total 200) of age ranged above 25 years were randomly selected to take part in the study. Methodology: To assess the Mental Health of teachers used 4-point scale, prepared by Dr. Promod Kumar and Lovellen bala. Independent T-test was used to investigate the significant difference. Result: analysis of data reveal the null hypothesis is not rejected. The Mental health status of male and female teachers is same.
