High quality CH ₃ NH ₃ PbI ₃ /CH ₃ NH ₃ PbI ₂ Br perovskite films were facilely deposited by spin coating HI + PbI ₂ /HBr + PbI ₂ solution in CH ₃ NH ₂ atmospheres.
