Randomized trial examines innovative tools for enhancing patriotic education in law enforcement, indicating potential benefits for national security.
The relevance of this article stems from the fundamental transformation of the global communications space and the escalation of hybrid conflicts, in which information warfare has a destructive impact on the human psyche. Under these circumstances, patriotic education of Russian law enforcement officers is of strategic importance for ensuring domestic political stability and national security. It was found that the level of patriotic competence positively correlates with length of service: among officers with less than a year of service, 51% showed a low level, while among those with 5 to 10 years of service, a high level reached 71%. Key principles for organizing patriotic education (digital integration, a combination of traditional and innovative forms, developing media literacy, and interagency cooperation) are identified. The effectiveness of using VR technologies, interactive exhibitions, and online platforms is substantiated. Patriotic education is a system-forming factor in consolidating law enforcement personnel. The principles developed by the authors can be used to improve the moral and psychological support of law enforcement agencies.
