Objective To observe and evaluate the clinical effect if ligature with Thai silk thread and by roll film in combination with Xiaozhiling injection for patients with moderate to severe hemorrhoid. Methods 200 patients with mixed hemorrhoid treated in our hospital from June, 2017 to June, 2018 were selected, and were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, 100 cases for each group. The control group were treated with ligature by roll film and Xiaozhiling injection, and the observation group with ligature with Thai silk thread and by roll film in combination with Xiaozhiling injection. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group (96.00% vs. 86.00%; P 0.05). After the treatment, the VAS score decreased in both groups (both P<0.05), and was lower in the observation group than in the control group [(1.81±0.43) vs. (2.57±0.79), P<0.05]. The incidence of complications was significantly lower in the observation group than in the the control group (7.00% vs. 18.00%, P<0.05). Conclusion Ligature with Thai silk thread and by roll film in combination with Xiaozhiling injection for patients with moderate to severe hemorrhoid is effective and can alleviate their pain and decrease the incidence of complications, so it is worth being clinically generalized.
