Shows improved treatment outcomes with arthromedullar bypass in gonarthrosis, suggesting effective intervention when conservative therapies fail.

In all known cases bypass of the joint ensured better treatment outcomes. The use of AMB is justified when conservative therapies fail and factors aggravating gonarthritis are present.
