This paper proposes a Global Energy-Participative Prescribed Performance Control (GE-PPC) framework for spacecraft attitude tracking. The method addresses the locality and rigidity limitations of conventional prescribed performance control by introducing an energy-shaped performance envelope that adapts dynamically to the closed-loop energetic state. Through an internal energy-tank mechanism, the controller expands the allowable tracking bounds during high-energy transients and contracts them as the system approaches equilibrium, achieving global feasibility without compromising precision. A command-filtered backstepping strategy is employed to handle explosion of terms phenomenon. Rigorous Lyapunov analysis establishes global boundedness and convergence of all closed-loop variables. Simulation results confirm that the proposed polynomial energy shaping yields faster transient adaptation in comparison to the classic PPC frameworks.
