A study is performed of the temperature behavior of the resistance in a LaMnO3/Bi4Ti3O12/ Ba0.4Sr0.6TiO3/MgO heterostructure. An anomalous region with two resistance maxima is found in the 120–180 K range of temperatures. A transition to metallic conductivity below 120 K is established. It is shown that the resistance of the heterostructure grows considerably upon exposure to green light.
