This paper studies distributed nonlinear estimation with fixed communication delays over a connected undirected graph. Agents take independent and identically distributed noisy measurements of an unknown parameter and update estimates via a delayed consensus + innovations algorithm, combining local information, delayed neighbour estimates, and local innovations. Under mild assumptions, proper stepsizes ensure consistent estimation, with asymptotic performance matching delay-free estimators. Finally, simulation results are provided to validate the proposed algorithm.
