Transient ECG changes in anti-SSA/Ro-exposed infants without CHB may resolve spontaneously; leaves open whether autoantibody clearance drives normalization.
In infants with QT prolongation and anti-SSA/Ro positivity but no congenital heart block, ECG abnormalities resolve alongside the clearance of maternal autoantibodies during the first year of life.
