This article presents a scientifically, philosophically, and methodologically delimited critical-propositional analysis of Mauricio Bustamante’s presentation Physics beyond the Standard Model with High-Energy Cosmic Neutrinos, published on Zenodo in 2024. The analyzed work proposes the use of high-energy cosmic neutrinos in the TeV–PeV range, and ultra-high-energy neutrinos above 100 PeV, as probes of fundamental properties that are inaccessible or difficult to access through terrestrial accelerators. The analysis confronts this research program with the foundational and recent bibliography of the Theory of Objectivity (TO), especially its seven axioms or Absolute Truths, the discipline of modal necessity, the Expansive and Reductive Inductive Effects, the phenomenic elements, the cosmogonic theorem, and the cosmological Eras of TO. It is argued that Bustamante’s work does not constitute a theory of cosmic origin and, for this reason, neither directly confirms nor refutes the modal core of TO. Its importance for dialogue lies in the operational domain: energy, arrival direction, flavor composition, arrival time, and the neutrino-nucleon cross section form observational channels through which physical consequences derived from TO could be tested. The article identifies significant convergence with VA4, VA5, and VA7; conditional compatibility with VA2 and VA6; and thematic neutrality regarding VA1 and VA3. It also distinguishes physical information, recording, and knowledge, thereby avoiding an immediate identification between the informational content carried by neutrinos and the concept of knowledge adopted by TO. The analysis of IceCube empirical studies shows that current measurements are compatible with the Standard Model and impose constraints on hypotheses of new physics, without confirming predictions exclusive to TO. Finally, a TO-neutrino research program is proposed, based on quantitative derivations, previously specified observables, and explicit failure criteria. Bustamante’s degree of dialogue with the Theory of Objectivity is rated 7.0 out of 10.
