This treatise establishes the mathematical, physical, and ontological foundations of Engineering Cosmology, a strict materialist cosmological model that replaces the standard Lambda-CDM paradigm. We reject the mystical hypothesis of the intrinsic-metric expansion of the vacuum from a null mathematical singularity. Conversely, we formulate the Big Bang as an active hydrodynamical detonation wavefront advancing into a hyper-dense Precursor Substrate (Sext). Three-dimensional space is formally deduced as a geometric residue, a volumetric byproduct of the decompression and combustion of this primordial medium. We demonstrate that upon reaching the phase of macrocosmological stagnation (vfront = 0), the collapse reaction is confined by external thermomechanical pressure, enabling an era of late galactic homeostasis and dark matter recycling.
