Several natural zeolite mined in the United States were tested for their effective equilibrium adsorption capacities at 25°C using SO2, CO2 and NH3 as the adsorbates. Adsorption isotherms were found to give excellent correlation with the Freundlich equation. Effective pore diameters were also determined.
