Observational consistency of cosmological framework resolves supermassive black hole growth crisis, indicating evolutionary pathways.
We present a unified cosmological framework resolving the early supermassive black hole (SMBH) growth crisis observed by the James Webb Space Telescope (JWST) while maintaining strict observational consistency with Planck Cosmic Microwave Background (CMB) measurements and cosmic expansion rates. By introducing a scale-invariant conformal boundary condition at Cosmic Dawn (z ≈ 15–20), the model establishes an initial mass seed floor of 10^5 to 10^6 M_sun. Numerical verification across eight observational pillars demonstrates that the framework reaches 10^8 to 10^9 M_sun by z = 10 without requiring super-Eddington accretion rates, preserves all seven CMB acoustic peaks (l ≤ 2200) within < 0.15% deviation, and aligns with Type Ia supernova distance indicators d_L(z) to within 1.65%.
