Based on the excellent capability of dielectric spectrometry for liquid measurements, covering the enormous frequency range from 10 −6 Hz to 10 13 Hz, an outline of possible future developments is presented. Two challenging tasks are briefly discussed: further enhancement of the accuracy beyond present experimental errors of about 1%, and the design of methods for fast and non-destructive material characterizations in a broad field of applications.
