Introduction: Women with breast cancer experience health-related consequences throughout the oncological process, which negatively affect their quality of life. In this context, digital health interventions have emerged as a promising strategy, demonstrating potential benefits in improving users’ quality of life. The objective of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of digital health interventions on the quality of life of patients with breast cancer. Methods: A systematic review of the literature will be conducted in databases such as Scopus, PsycINFO (EBSCOhost), Web of Science Core Collection, LILACS, and SciELO, including randomized controlled trials and controlled clinical trials. The review will follow the PRISMA-P guidelines and will be registered in PROSPERO. Study selection will be carried out using the Rayyan AI platform. Data will be extracted using a data collection form specifically designed for this study, focusing on relevant outcomes. A narrative synthesis of the results will be performed. Risk of bias will be assessed using the LEGEND tool. Expected Results: This review is expected to provide guidance for clinical decision-making regarding the implementation of digital tools aimed at improving the quality of life of women with breast cancer.
