Randomized trial maps weak-field measurements in gravitational manipulation theory, suggesting no deviations from General Relativity.
Gravitational Manipulation Theory (GMT) v1.3 advances the GMT weak-field observational program from a constraint framework to a real-data, independently validated, and epistemically classified constraint map. This work maps published weak-field measurements from the Cassini solar-conjunction experiment and the Eöt–Wash 2020 short-range inverse-square-law test onto the GMT master parameter plane (log10λGMT,log10αGMT). For Cassini, a boundary-aware one-sided 95% profile upper limit is constructed on the attractive branch αGMT≥0, with General Relativity at the maximum-likelihood boundary. The resulting constraint approaches αGMT≲1.11×10−5 in the long-range regime. For Eöt–Wash, the published Yukawa exclusion boundary is mechanically digitized into a frozen 41-point dataset and independently validated against the published ∣αY∣=1 anchor, giving 39.2 μm versus 38.6 μm (≈0.007 dex). Under the adopted conformally coupled scalar-exchange normalization, αY=2αGMT, so the curve is shifted by −0.301 dex onto the GMT master plane. Its interpretation is explicitly conditional on the unscreened-apparatus assumption. Lunar Laser Ranging and MICROSCOPE channels are retained with explicit mapping verdicts—Not Evaluated, Not Applicable, or Model-Dependent—rather than being forced into an exclusion map. The resulting master plane is therefore a layered projection, not a statistically combined exclusion. The deposit includes the final paper, all 17 figures, frozen numerical datasets, Cassini reference values, toy-Monte-Carlo coverage results, and figure-generation/reproducibility scripts. No detection of GMT, no deviation from General Relativity, no complete exclusion, and no globally allowed parameter region are claimed. Unconstrained ≠ Allowed.
