Genome assembly characterizes chromosomal structure in Platyrrhinus helleri, indicating genomic insights for Chiroptera.
<ns5:p> We present a genome assembly from an individual male <ns5:italic>Platyrrhinus helleri</ns5:italic> (Chordata; Mammalia; Chiroptera; Phyllostomidae). The genome sequence is 2.3Gb in span. The majority of the assembly is scaffolded into 30 chromosomal pseudomolecules, with the X and Y sex chromosomes assembled. </ns5:p>
