To the Editor: Amicrobial pustulosis of the skin folds (APF) is a rare clinical condition, often associated with autoimmune disorders and characterized by relapsing pustular eruptions affecting the skin folds. Conventional treatment is based on systemic steroids.1 However, relapses of the disease following tapering or discontinuation of steroids are common. Here we present the case of resistant APF successfully treated with anakinra.
