Atopic dermatitis (AD) is a concurrent, pruritic inflammatory skin disorder.1 The IL-4 receptor alpha antagonist Dupilumab, as well as Janus kinase inhibitors (JAKis)—notably JAK1-selective inhibitors abrocitinib and upadacitinib—have shown excellent efficacy in the management of moderate-to-severe AD.2,3 However, real-world comparative data on their effectiveness profiles and on the efficacy of JAKis during dose reduction remain scarce to date.
