Conceptual framework demonstrates constitutional governance principles applied to software architecture, suggesting structured normative rules improve codebase management.
This publication examines software architecture through the institutional language of constitutions, powers, constraints, amendments, and responsibility. It brings together an introductory study, a multilingual draft of the Code Constitution, its Founding Profile, Terminology Glossary and Question Map, and an inversion study tracing how Articles I–VII of the United States Constitution can be translated into questions about the governance of a codebase.
