Theoretical model uncovers hollow asynchronous electrodynamic mechanisms in planetary geodynamics, suggesting an alternative driver for geomagnetic inversions.
Developed within the interdisciplinary framework of The Reconceptualization Epoch project, this paper presents a revolutionary engineering and physical model of the Earth, offering a radical alternative to the dominant theory of the geomagnetic dynamo. The author deconstructs planetary geodynamics through the prism of the electrodynamics of toroidal structures, delineating them into two fundamental classes: magnetoids and plasmoids. On this conceptual basis, the Earth is modelled as a hollow asynchronous AC machine, wherein the icosahedral framework of the geosphere functions as a short-circuited squirrel-cage rotor rotating asynchronously with the external magnetic field. By applying Bernoulli’s principle and the laws of electromagnetic shielding, this research argues for the topological impossibility of a solid central core. Instead, it establishes the existence of an "internal magnetic column" and a zone of "internal current void" — a physical vacuum characterised by temperatures approaching absolute zero. For the first time, a physical rationale is provided for deep seismic boundaries, defining them as components of a subterranean exosphere and radiation shield. The overarching wave logic of the model couples the icosahedral-dodecahedral structure of the geoid with the phenomenon of atmospheric Helmholtz coils, unveiling the physical mechanisms behind minor climatic oscillations and catastrophic, full-scale geomagnetic inversions triggered by hydrothermal processes in the Arctic and the Atlantic.
