Theoretical framework demonstrates geometric quantum properties of the right isosceles triangle, suggesting a unified categorical foundation resolving classical mathematical paradoxes.
The paper presents a holistic concept of Δ‑ontology — a new paradigm of the foundations of mathematics, in which the basic primitive instead of the structureless point is the right isosceles triangle (RIT) with legs 1 and hypotenuse √2. It is shown that this geometric quantum unites the discrete (legs) and the continuous (irrational hypotenuse), symmetry and asymmetry, and its properties — orthogonality, self‑similarity, and energy optimality — make it a universal generator of numbers, spaces, hierarchies, and spectra. Within Δ‑ontology, Gödel's incompleteness theorem receives a geometric interpretation, and the principle of energy economy acts as the engine of hierarchical ascent. The categorical foundations of the theory, the motivic structure of the RIT, and an origami proof of the Collatz conjecture with formal verification in Lean 4 are constructed. The role of the RIT as a bridge between category theory and ZFC, as well as a source of all classical spaces, is discussed. The work proposes a paradigm shift in the foundations of mathematics, eliminating many classical paradoxes and opening the way to a unified geometric foundation of all mathematics.
