With the integration of various renewable energy sources (RESs) into the green seaports, the impact of seaport electrification on sea island microgrids cannot be negligible, especially for stability issues. To overcome this obstacle, this paper proposes a two-stage stability-constrained robust optimal operation strategy in inverter dominated microgrids for flexible resources, storage systems as well as electric-thermal power demands of reefer containers in the coordinated energy-logistics systems (ELS). Because the unit commitment (UC) state of MicroTurbines (MTs) and connection states of logistic devices directly influence the system dynamics, in the first stage, a day-ahead robust optimization model is established to determine the states according to 24-hour-ahead RES forecasts. And an intra-day deterministic optimal power flow (OPF) problem is derived hourly in the second stage without violating the stability constraints. With a polyhedral uncertain set, the model is solved by a novel adaptive column and constraint generation (C&CG) algorithm. Simulation results carried out on Jurong seaport system reveal that the proposed strategy can achieve the relatively lowest operation cost as well as facilitate the stability, guarantee robustness against the uncertainties of RESs.
