Both thermal ablation techniques produced significantly shorter operation times, reduced blood loss, shorter hospital stays, lower postoperative pain scores, and reduced inflammatory (CRP, IL-6) and coagulation (D-dimer, fibrinogen) markers.
Venous Clinical Severity Scores, CIVIQ-20 quality-of-life scores, and recurrence rates showed no significant differences among the three groups at 12 months postoperatively.
