Since the Fire Department allocated mobile devices to simplify the ambulance process, however, users’ expectations may need to be evaluated. The UTAUT model was applied to investigate the key factors affecting users’ intention and their behavior through questionnaire survey. Moderated variables, such as gender, age and experience are considered to compare their intentions for using mobile devices under categories of performance expectation, effort expectation, social factors and facility condition. Results showed positive influence on behavioral intention from performance expectations, social factors and facility conditions to usage behavior, except effort expectation. Also, an IPA was also applied to compare cognition versus satisfaction. Most users agree well with good satisfaction about that the usage of mobile device incorporated with ambulance service being the trend. But part of users may concern about inadequateness of necessary training.
