ECG clues during tachycardia may suggest bilateral accessory pathways; case report leaves open differential properties and drug responses.
The presence of bilateral Kent bundles can be suspected from specific ECG patterns (shortening of VA interval with RBBB pattern in right-sided preexcitation) and may result in unequal responses to antiarrhythmic drugs.
