Highlights a rare but serious complication of ascending aortic puncture during percutaneous balloon mitral valvuloplasty.
Raises awareness of rare ascending aortic puncture risk; leaves open true incidence and prevention strategies in percutaneous balloon mitral valvuloplasty.
