Method of Generalized Bethe Lattices in Chemisorption Theory

The method of cluster Bethe lattices is generalized and this way of treating surface electronic structure of clean surfaces and surfaces covered by the chemisorbate is further improved. The idea consists in better respecting the coordination of bonds in the crystal. Silicon (111) surface and disordered hydrogen chemisorption on it are used as examples to illustrate the proposed method.
