SUMMARY The increased application of fluorometric techniques [1-3] to the quantitative analysis of metabolic intermediates in biochemical systems has created a need for a simple instrument which nevertheless is capable of high sensitivity and stability. The instrument presently described combines these characteristics with maximum adaptibility and relatively low cost.
