This work mainly focuses on the study of electrical conductivity of the transition metal oxide‐doped rare earth materials. In this article, the electronic conduction in five glass systems comprising various constituent compounds such as Fe 2 O 3 , Pb(NO 3 ) 2 , BiOCl, ZnO, P 2 O 5 , Bi(NO 3 ) 3 , La(NO 3 ) 3 , and Fe has been systematically investigated and discussed in detail. Electrical conductivity measurements were carried over a wide range of frequency (42 Hz to 5 MHz) and temperature (553–913 K). AC conductivity spectra were analyzed using Almond–West Formalism and CBH model. Dielectric spectroscopy has been employed to obtain the resistance from Cole–Cole plots, barrier height, W m and relaxation time τ c from CBH model fitting, and activation energy, E τ from electric modulus plots fitting. The nature of stretched exponential parameter may explore the non‐Debye behavior of the systems, which points to the multiple relaxation processes in the systems. Present system combining transition metal and rare earth ions may find applications in advanced energy storage due to their unique electrical and dielectric properties.
