Supra-annular MDCT sizing in bicuspid aortic stenosis yields smaller dimensions than conventional annular sizing, potentially facilitating the use of mechanically expandable valves like the Lotus valve.
Should not yet change annular sizing practice in bicuspid TAVI; leaves open the role of supra-annular MDCT in case reports.
