P wave dispersion increased significantly following hemodialysis (52 ± 11 ms vs. 27 ± 9 ms, P < 0.001).
Post-dialysis Pmax and Pd correlated negatively with serum potassium, magnesium, phosphate, blood urea nitrogen, and creatinine, but correlated positively with calcium and bicarbonate (all P < 0.05).
