A three-parameter renormalization group approach is proposed to calculate the roughness of interfaces and related manifolds in random bond systems. The exponent ζ and the crossover scaling function of the roughness are calculated analytically in D = 4 - ε interface dimensions. The relation of the present approach–if applied to directed polymers–to that via Burger's equation is discussed.
